New candidates must have to pay the counseling fee through online mode such as Debit/ Credit Card/ Net Banking etc. After paying the fee, candidates can go for the choices filling for the second round.

For the Upward Movement Process, the following candidates are eligible:

  1. If you have allotted a seat in an institute, you have to report at the Institution and take part in the upward movement.

  2. If you are not allotted any seat then you can participate in the upward movement.

Candidates who have not filled in the option form earlier are not eligible to take part in the process of the Upward Movement. Candidates who have reported to the allotted institution as per the first allotment list of BSTC and wish to retain the seat don’t need to fill the upward request form.
