First Stage CBT of RRB ALP Exam 2018
Subjects Included- Maths, General Intelligence and Reasoning, General Science and General Awareness on Current Affairs.
Number of Questions Asked- 75 marks
Total Time Duration of the Examination- 60 minutes
Format of the Questions- Multiple Objective Type Questions

Second Stage CBT of RRB ALP Exam 2018
The Second Stage CBT is divided into two parts: Part A and Part B.
In the Part A section the subjects that are included – Mathematics, General Intelligence and Reasoning, Basic Science and Engineering and General Awareness on Current Affairs.
Total Number of Questions- 100
Duration- 90 minutes
In the Part- B Section of the Application Form Subjects Included- Relevant Trade
Total Number of Questions- 75
Time Duration- 60 Minutes
Hence, the total time duration of the Second CBT Test is 2 Hours and 30 Minutes
For every wrong answer, 1/3rd marks will be deducted. If you have applied for ALP and you have qualified in the second stage CBT then you have to appear for the Computer Based Aptitude Test followed by the Document Verification.
