Self Declaration Form for IBPS Exams 2020

Institute of Banking Personnel Selection has declared the IBPS PO 2020 recruitment notification for Clerk / Office Assistant & Officer Scale-I, II and III. Online Application for IBPS Clerk started from 2nd September 2020 and ends on  23rd September. What is Handwritten Declaration For IBPS 2020 Exams

By submitting the Self handwritten declaration form, students declare that the details provided in the online form are correct and valid. The text for the IBPS PO Self declaration Form is given below:

“I, _______ (Student’s Name), hereby declare that all the information submitted by me in the IBPS PO application form is correct, true, and valid.

The above-mentioned self-declaration form for IBPS PO has to be in the student’s handwriting and in English only.

Important Instructions to be followed while writing for IBPS PO 2020 Declaration

  • In a plain white sheet paper (A4), you have to write a declaration in your own writing using a black pen.

  • Scan the page/ or click an image of the declaration of your phone and upload it.

  • The Declaration Letter must be in English only.

  • Signature/ Handwritten Declaration in CAPITAL Letters will not be accepted.

  • The handwritten Declaration must satisfy the conditions.

1. File type: jpg / jpeg

2. Dimensions: 800 x 400 pixels in 200 DPI (Preferred for required quality) i.e 10 cm * 5 cm (Width * Height)

3. File Size: 50 KB – 100 KB

Handwritten Declaration Sample/ Format for IBPS PO 2020

The text for the Handwritten Declaration is as follows-

I (Name of the Candidate), hereby declare that all the information submitted by me in the application form is correct, true and valid. I will present the following documents as and when required.

The above-mentioned handwritten declaration has to be in the candidate’s handwriting only. If it is written or uploaded by somebody else or in other languages then the application is considered to be invalid.

Other Documents that need to be scanned before applying online

  1. Passport Size Photograph (200 X 300 Pixels, 20 Kb to 50 Kb)

      • Applicant must use a recent passport size photograph. The passport photo must be colored with a white background.

      • The Photograph must be in JPG, JPEG Format.

  1. Signature of the Candidate (140 X 60 Pixels, 10 Kb – 20 Kb)

      • Applicant must sign on white paper with a black ink pen.

      • If the signature of the applicant does not match at the time of the Examination, the candidate will be disqualified.

  2. Left Thumb Impression (140 X 60 Pixels, 10 Kb – 20 Kb)

      • The Applicant must put his/her left thumb impression on plain white paper with blue or black ink.

      • Candidates must himself write the declaration.
      • File type: jpg / jpeg
      • Dimensions: 240 x 240 pixels in 200 DPI (Preferred for required quality) i.e 3 cm * 3 cm (Width * Height)
