Mention applicant’s Father name same as mentioned in High School Certificate.
Fill a valid mobile number in the given space for further communication.
Fill Date of Birth of the applicant same as mentioned in High School Certificate.
A candidate has to select Gender (Male/Female).
Select Community (UR, OBC, SC, ST) of the applicant.
Mention other details like Physical Disability, 10th Passed Circle, Board Name, Year of Passing, Certificate Number.
