NEET 2020 Application Form
National Testing Agency will release the Application Form in the month of December 2019. Interested students can apply for the exam on the official website. Students will be asked to fill the various details in the application form. These details include the Candidate’s Name, Father’s Name, Mother’s Name, Address, Valid Email Id, Phone Number, etc. Students are advised not to fill any wrong detail in the NEET 2020 Application Form. NTA will reject your Application Form if they found any kind of discrepancy in it. Submit all details in the form as per certificate records.

Admit Card is the only identity through which students will get an entry into the examination hall. No candidate will be allowed to appear in the exam without NEET Admit Card 2020.
