A Handwritten Declaration of IBPS Clerk is a written statement saying that the information that you have provided is true which is signed and stays as proof of evidence. This year, IBPS has introduced this new method of submitting the applicant’s handwritten declaration statement while filling up the form.

Important Instructions to be followed while writing IBPS Clerk 2021 Declaration

• In a plain white sheet paper (A4), you have to write a declaration in your own writing using a black pen.

• Scan the page/ or click an image of the declaration of your phone and upload it.

• Make sure that the image size must be in between 20 Kb to 50 Kb.

• The Declaration Letter must be in English only.

• Signature/ Handwritten Declaration in CAPITAL Letters will not be accepted.

IBPS Handwritten Declaration Sample/ Format for IBPS Clerk 2021

The text for the Self Handwritten Declaration is as follows-

I (Name of the Candidate), hereby declare that all the information submitted by me in the application form is correct, true and valid. I will present the following documents as and when required.

The above-mentioned handwritten declaration has to be in the candidate’s handwriting only. If it is written or uploaded by somebody else or in other languages then the application is considered to be invalid.

Other Documents that need to be scanned before applying online

1. Passport Size Photograph (200 X 230 Pixels, 20 Kb to 50 Kb)

• • • Applicant must use the recent passport size photograph. The passport photo must be colored with a white background.

    • The Photograph must be in JPG, JPEG Format.

2. Signature of the Candidate (140 X 60 Pixels, 10 Kb – 20 Kb)

   1. • Applicant must sign on white paper with a black ink pen.

      • If the signature of the applicant does not match at the time of the Examination, the candidate will be disqualified.

3. Left Thumb Impression (140 X 60 Pixels, 10 Kb – 20 Kb)

   1. • The Applicant must put his/her left thumb impression on plain white paper with blue or black ink.
