Madhya Pradesh D.El Ed 2018 Application Form
All of the interested candidates will have to fill up and submit the application form by the 12th of July 2018. The information submitted by the candidates will have to be valid and corresponding to the documents possessed by the candidates. Step -1: Online Registration
Click on the link “Madhya Pradesh D.El.Ed Application Form 2018” above as it will redirect to the official website registration page. Navigate to the “Counselling Activities” section. Accept the declaration form box and click on “OK” button. Enter the requisite information like name, DOB, category, Email-ID and contact carefully to get the login credentials. After the completion of registration, the candidate will get SMS and Email containing details of login credentials. The candidates need to fill up the further application form using login credentials.
Step 2:- Filling up the application form
Using the login credentials, the candidates have to log in and then have to complete the application form by filling up the details related to qualification and address in the online registration form. Candidates are advised to furnish their details as they appear in class-X / school leaving certificate.
Click on “Save & Proceed” after filling up the information. The information, as entered by you, will appear on the screen. Please check it thoroughly, and in case any errors are detected, click on the edit button and make the necessary corrections.
Step 3:- Payment of Application Fee
Payment of the Registration Fee can only be done online using a Debit/Credit Card or through Net Banking facility. Candidates and also pay in offline mode by generating challan and visiting the designated bank branch.

Step 4:- Upload scanned images
Candidates must take care of uploading their scanned images of photograph and signature. Once uploaded, they cannot be changed, unless found inappropriate and rejected by the official authority. Step 5:- Printout of Registration Form
The candidates have to submit the application form after uploading the scanned images. Candidates are required to take a print-out of the duly completed registration form for future reference.
