RRB ALP First Stage Computer Based Test will announce by 5th November 2018

First Stage Computer Based Test for the RRB ALP Technician Recruitment was conducted earlier from 9^th August 2018 to 31^st August 2018. The RRB ALP Result 2018 for the First Stage CBT will be announced on the official website of RRB and its regional RRB website. RRB released an official notification on its official website on 31^st October 2018, stating that the RRB ALP Result for First Stage CBT will announce by 5^th November 2018. According to the official notice by RRB Allahabad, 15 times the number of vacancy for Assistant Loco Pilot and Technician post, candidates will be selected for the Second Stage of CBT. There were about 47 Lakh candidates who applied for the ALP technician CBT 1 Examination. Out of which 36 Lakh candidate actually appeared for it. There is 62,371 vacancy for the ALP and Technician post. So, 15 times the vacancy, number of candidates will be shortlisted for RRB ALP CBT 2 Examination. Thus, around 9,65,565 candidates will probably appear in the CBT 2 Examination.

The result will be announced after the normalization of marks to maintain the difficulty level for the examination and to keep the examination fair for each and every candidate. The Question papers for all the exams would be considered and the markings for the examination will be done based on the simplest question paper from a particular Region of RRB. The candidates will be able to see the actual marks they scored in the exams as well as the normalized marks in the examination. There are 21 different regions of RRB that conducted the examination and that too in various centers. Thus, maintaining the same level of difficulty of the examination is difficult. Thus, the examination was conducted with varied question paper sets and difficulty levels.

RRB also announced that it is providing the links of RRB ALP CBT 2 Exam Trade Syllabus for each exam trade.
