Candidates feedback on 18th September 2018 RRB Group D CBT Exam Analysis – All Shifts

Railway Group D CBT held on 18th September 2018 was good. There was a positive response from most of the candidates who appeared today for both the shifts. The Exam was held in various parts of India and around 7 to 8 Lakh candidates had appeared the exam today. As per the candidate’s feedback, most of candidate said that the paper was good. Most of the candidates had applied 70+ questions. The questions were asked randomly, it was not section-wise. Maths and General Awareness section was pretty easy and the General Science section was a bit hard. Similarly, the second shift was also pretty moderate. We will get to know all the shift’s candidate’s feedback in the later section.

Exam Analysis of RRB Group D CBT (Shift I) – Mathematics

The Mathematics section was easy to moderate. Most of the questions were directly asked. 1 to 2 questions were repitive. Maximum number of questions were asked from Proftit and Loss, Miscellanous and Trigonometry. Questions were also asked from Pipes Cistern, Time and Work, SI and CI, Ratio and Proportion etc. Total number of Good Attempts under Mathematics section is 14 to 16 Questions.

Some of the Questions that were asked are as follows-

  • Find the LCM of 20, 28, 195, 108?

  • What is the sum of First 50 Odd Numbers?

  • Ratio of HCF and LCM of 28 and 42.

Exam Analysis of RRB Group D CBT (Shift I) – General Intelligence and Reasoning

The General Intelligence and Reasoning Section was easy to moderate. Candidates had attempted around 14 to 22 Questions. Most of the questions were asked from Analogy, Syllogism, Coding-Decoding, Odd one Out etc. Some of the questions that were asked in the Exam are as follows-

  • What is the angle made by the hands of clock when the hands show 11:30 – 165 degrees
  • questions from Venn Diagram
  • Questions from Statement and Conclusion.

Exam Analysis of RRB Group D CBT (Shift I) – General Science Section

The General Science Section was moderate to difficult questions were asked. Most of the questions were asked from Physics and Biology. Total number of good attempts under General Science Section were 13 to 17 questions. The Biology section was the easiest one. Some of the Questionsare as follows-

  • What is the Chlorine used for? Disinfectant
  • Who discovered Rh Factor? Landsteiner
  • Who invented Periodic Table?
  • Which part of eye is donated? Cornea
  • Unit of Force? Newton

Exam Analysis of RRB Group D CBT (Shift I) -General Awareness Section

The General Awareness section was easy to moderate. Few questions were repitive. Most of the questions were asked from Award and Honors, Capital, Books and Authors. Total number of Good attempts were 18 to 23 questions. Some of the questions that were asked in the CBT are-
