For UP Scholarship 2020, soon the State Government will issue Scholarship Online Form 2020. UP Scholarship Online Form 2020 can be filled only by students whose parents/guardian annual income should be 2 lakh 50 thousand or less (annual income of general category is 2 lakh or less). The candidates who are applying for the UP Scholarship need to keep checking the status of UP Scholarship form, verification, and scholarship deposit status. There will be a tab for scrutiny result on every candidate’s login portal of scholarship status. Candidates are required to check this scrutiny result and find the status as either “suspect” or “correct”

How to Check UP Scholarship 2020-21 Application Status (scholarship.up.nic.in)

• Candidate should visit the official website – scholarship.up.nic.in
• Candidate should Log in to the registered candidate area. The tab will be available under the Tab “STUDENT”.
• Candidate will use their Registration Number, Date of Birth and Password to log in to the portal.
• Aspirant should check under the tab “Scrutiny Result”.
• Candidate will receive the report as either “Suspect” or “Correct”.

If the scholarship.up.nic.in 2020-21 Status Check mentions Correct/Verified:

The details provided by the candidate has been approved by the District Scholarship Committee and stands true when verified from respective Institutes.

If the UP Scholarship Form Status mentions Pending:

When the application of a candidate is in the queue and is still awaited to be forwarded soon, it mentions Pending. In this case, the application will soon be locked digitally from the respective districts and forwarded for verification soon.

If UP Scholarship Form Status mentions Rejected:

The details provided by the candidates is illegitimate or Marks are suspected, Students may have applied in same courses as in previous sessions, or discrepancy in the UP Scholarship 2020 application forms or may be the candidate has applied to an institute where admission requires less than 50% marks in Inter in private institutes for professional courses.

In case of rejected by District Scholarship Committee, the candidate will be receiving the report of “Suspect”. Candidate should wait for the announcement for re-filling of incorrect application and resubmit later with complete and correct information.

UP Scholarship Status 2020-21 in Bank Accounts

Students should keep their bank accounts in active mode since the scholarship amount will be transferred directly to the candidate’s bank accounts. If the scholarship amount increases Rs. 50000/- then the Bank account must be Aadhar verified. The Aadhar Card must be linked to the bank account if the scholarship amount exceeds the limit of Rs 50,000/-
