Finally, the RRB has completed the First Stage CBT (Shift I) held on 9th August 2018. The level of the question paper was easy to moderate. Candidates did not face any trouble in attempting the answers. There were total 75 questions asked with total time duration of 60 minutes. Candidates have said that around 10 to 12 questions were similar to that of the RRB Mock Test Sample. - The level of this section was moderate. Questions were quite easy to answer. Around 2 to 3 questions were hard to answer. But overall the section was moderate. The question distribution of the topics/chapters is as follows-

- The Difficulty level of the General Science Section was Moderate. Questions were asked only from Biology, Physics, and Chemistry parts. Most of the questions were asked from Physics Section. The Marking Distribution of these sections is as follows-

- Chemistry – 4 to 5 Questions
- Biology – 4 to 5 Questions
General Knowledge
- Total Number of Questions Asked – 10 Questions
- The Difficulty level of this Section is Moderate as well. Questions were asked in the following manner-
- Current Affairs – 3 to 4 Questions. Questions were mostly asked from the 2017 current affairs. So focus more on that and few questions were asked from 2018 current affairs.
- Geography – 1 to 2 Questions
- History- 2 to 3 Questions
Overall, the Question paper was easy to moderate. Candidates found it easy to answer the questions. Around 10 to 12 Questions were quite similar or asked directly from the RRB provided Sample paper.
