The Ministry of Indian Railways Extends the Relaxation in Upper Age Limit for Various Posts in Railways
The Ministry of Indian Railways has extended the Upper Age Limit by two years for all the categories on Monday for various posts in the Indian Railways. The various posts such as the Assistant Loco Pilot, Technician and Level 1 (Group- D) Posts upper age limit has been extended by two years. The candidates now can apply for the posts by visiting the Indian Railways official website.

CEN01/2018- Assistant Loco Pilot (ALP) and Technicians

Not only this, the Ministry of Railways is also planning to extend the last date of the application form submission for the candidate’s benefits. They have also decided that the questions will be made available in the Regional Languages such as Oriya, Malayalam, Tamil, Kannada, Telugu and Bangla and others for the candidates to answer the exam.
This year, the Ministry of Indian Railways has invited a mass number of recruitment for both Level 1 (Group- “D” Posts) and Level 2 (ALP and Technician Posts). Over 89, 409 Posts are available under the Level 1 and Level 2 Categories. The recruitment is applicable for the candidates who have passed 10th (Matriculation) with an ITI Qualification for Group- “D” Level 1 Posts and 10th passed with ITI or Diploma Engineering or a Graduation in Engineering for Group- “C” Level 2 Posts (ALP and Technician Posts).
